Snakes And Ladders | |
English:
Let your snake eat apples and avoid the fireballs
A nice 3D snake for 1 or 2 players, but there are only 3 levels.
In the one player mode, the snake is controlled using the arrow keys on the keyboard. The objective is to collect the apples in the shortest time possible. The 'fire balls' on the levels move around randomly, but must be avoided. If your snake runs into a wall, itself, or if the fire ball touches any part of your snake, your snake decreases in size and you start the level again. There are three levels in total, and your time carries on throughout all three. If your total time after all three levels is less that that on the high scores list, you can enter your name to replace the previous best. Upping the difficulty level in the options menu will make your snake move quicker, making it more difficult, although all three levels can be completed in a shorter length of time.
In two player mode, you play against another person. Player One uses the W,A,S and D keys and Player Two uses the arrow keys. The aim is to reach your limit of apples before your opponent does so. The two players must not run into each others snake, and there are no fire balls on the two player mode. Tactics play a large role in this mode - try blocking off your opponent so that he has to run into you, or deliberately run into a wall if your opponent is about to collect his last piece of food, so that the level starts again and the food is repositioned elsewhere!
