Help Tooks save his Mother.
Authors Description :
You control Tooks the penguin through 5 different worlds with nothing at his side but his trusty umbrella in an adventure to find his mother, who has been kidnapped by evil polar bears. Throughout his adventures, his umbrella is upgraded, allowing you to take his explorations to new bounds. Each world consists of 4 different levels, 3 of which require Tooks to get to the exit as quickly as he can, and the final level requiring Tooks to find the best path out within a certain time. Tooks can run, jump, slide on his belly, swipe with his umbrella and use his various upgrades to navigate his 2-D platform environment, avoid obstacles, and defeat enemies.
The first thing you notice about this game is the lovely looking graphics with great sound and smooth gameplay. A fun to play 2D platform game that is slightly repetitive as you work your way through the levels. I found the controls ok but the surface is just to slippery and you can spend to much time just sliding of the other end while trying to go up on a few blocks. Sliding on your belly and using your umbrella is cool. A large file but worth a download.
