Simple snake clone with poweups and different skins.
If you aren't aware, Snake is a game where you must eat the food to gain points and avoid your own tail and the walls. It is quite popular especially with Mobile phones because it is addictive but simple and there are many remakes of the game for both Mobile and PC.
In this version, there are many different feautures so you can have a more challenging and enjoyable Snake experience. These features include Set Game Speed (Fast, medium, slow), Snake Wrap, 10 music tracks, nine backgrounds to customize the play area, bonus items, enemies, mazes and four different high score tables.
Pros :
- Nice transition animations for menu. Fast enough to not be annoying yet not so fast that you can't appreciate them.
- Extensive help file for the aliens on mars who haven't played snake before.
- Simple yet clean-cut graphics do the job excellently.
- Nice sound effects.
- Extensive options menu allows you to toggle all sorts of in-game options, backgrounds, mazes, etc.
Cons :
- It is a snake remake. What else can I say?
- The screen is a bit small
