Written for the Retro Remakes Compo 2004 this is a remake of a 1983 Sinclair Spectrum game. You have to guide `Zippy` through a constantly moving maze full of hazards. Touch the outside walls, spikes or water and you die. Eat grass and plums for points. Redefinable keys, global top 50 high score table (current scores also viewable on web site). Game scored 17th out of 73 entries and won most faithful remake and a bonus prize from one of the judges.
Features:
- 9 levels of maze mayhem (wraps around to level 1 but faster)
- High-Res graphics mode AND Spectrum blocky graphics mode
- Redefinable keys
- Top 50 high-score table which syncs with an Internet top 50
(current chart can also be viewed on my website)
- Hidden cheat mode for skipping levels - mainly for compo judges
- Written using DarkBASIC Professional V5.5 by "The Game Creators"
Controls:
Arrow keys = move
P = pause
