Bubble Ball | |
English:
A Bubble Puzzle game
When you shoot a ball and it matches two or more balls of the same color, they disappear and you do this untill the screen is cleared and then it's on to the option of 'buying balls.' After you complete each level you earn points and money. When you have saved up enough money you can buy special balls: joker, dynamite and atomic balls. Each of these ball has special properties that allow you to destroy balls when there are not three balls in a row. This is very useful when the balls are almost upon you.
The config menu has only one item, to set music voulme level. All sound can be turned off at the start of the game by setting a command line option. There aree no other options. The screen always runs in full screen at 800x600 pixels. There are eight different midi selection to keep the you entertained as you go through the levels. The sound effects are excellent and appropriate.
Special balls: At the end of every level you can purchase specials.
- Dynamite Ball: explodes and destroys any balls surrounding it.
- Atomic Ball: bigger explosion than Dynamite Ball.
- Joker Ball (golden): destroys all surrounding balls including all subsequent adjacent balls of the same colour.

I really like the idea of the special balls in ths puzzle game. It's an honest way to cheat (if you want to).
