A nice Japanese Space Shooter where you have to capture soldiers

This is a really nice vertical scrolling Space shooter that takes place above strange planets. In this game your task is not only shooting the enemies down, but capturing some soldiers too. While flying and shooting, unexpectedly a man appears in the middle of the screen. You have to capture that man with your grabber (X key). Each level ends with a big boss.

Controls:
in menu: arrows + C
in game: arrows (move), Z (fire) and X (grabber, to capture soldiers)
or gamepad (MS SideWinder recommended)
S / L = save/load (I am not sure) - It can only save a game while the replay is running.
F5 = load a game (replay) while title screen is running
F6 = run replay
F1 = windowed / full screen
F11, F12 = low speed / high speed
Esc = exit game
